Part of Strabane town centre has been sealed off while while emergency services investigate a suspected gas leak. 
Castle Place and Castle Street are currently closed while the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service deal with the incident.
Police have cordoned off the area and advising motorists to seek alternative routes.
The incident comes just over a week after a man was critically injured in a gas explosion in a house in Bond Street in Derry’s Waterside area.
