Anyone who has not yet received an electoral registration form should either download one from the Electoral Office website or obtain one from their local Electoral Office, a local councillor has advised.

The deadline to return forms to ensure that you are on the upcoming electoral register is tomorrow and Sinn Fein Cllr Colly Kelly said  it was “crucial” people get a form, fill it in and return it by the deadline.

He said: “The Electoral Office have been distributing forms over the past few weeks and if you have yet to receive one you need to act now.
“People who have not been on the register before, those who have moved home or people who have been living abroad are just some of the people who may not have received a form.”

You can either download a form from the Electoral Office at www.eoni.org.uk or go to your local office.

Cllr Kelly added: “It is important if you want to exercise your right to vote that you obtain a form fill it in and return it before Friday. Do not be disenfranchised, act now and get yourself on the voting register.”
