Three people were taken to hospital following an early morning fire in a house in Limavady.
A firefighters were called to deal with a blaze in the living room of a semi-detached bungalow at Meadowvale Park shortly after 1.00am.
Two women and a man were treated for smoke inhalation at the scene before being taken to hospital by ambulance for further treatement.
Fire crews from Limavady station wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel jet and a covering jet to extinguish the fire.
