His comments come after the Economy Minister Diane Dodds urged the executive to speed up plans to open the North of Ireland up for business and “fast track our journey out of lockdown”.
She supports reducing social distancing rules from two metres to one metre.
Hoteliers believe reducing social distancing to one metre would allow their businesses increase capacity from 50 per cent to 70 centre.
From Monday, June 8, hotels can start to take bookings ahead of reopening to the public on Monday, July 20.
Mr Eastwood said he had repeatedly called for a detailed Coronavirus recovery plan as “a plan without timelines makes no sense”.
The Pathway to Recovery was announced on May 12.
But, unlike plans announced in England and the Republic, the North’s five-stage blueprint did not include a timetable.
Mr Eastwood tweeted today: “Saying for weeks – people need certainty.
“A plan without timelines makes no sense.
“DUP seem to be moving but we need a plan with dates on everything.
“V important to secure economy but we should also be meeting the needs of families.
“Opening economy but not houses makes no sense.”
