OFF TO THE POUND….A4 Audi estate car seized by police in Derry.

THE police in Derry would like a quiet word with the owner of this Audi A4 car which was found abandoned on a bad bend and blocking a farmer’s property.

PSNI Foyle say on its Facebook page: “Could the owner of this Audi A4 estate which was left for a considerable period of time on the Beragh Hill Road, make contact with Constable Brogan of Ballyarnett NPT at Strand Road PSNI Station ASAP.

“We would like to know why it was parked blocking a farmers property, was on a bad bend, had a number of dodgy tyres, was full of empty tins of alcohol and had a bong in the rear seat.

“It’s also showing no insurance and was found on a public road.

“We have seized it for now and happy to discuss it with the owner if located.

“Police checks regarding the owner have been inconclusive thus far.”
