THE pre AGM Dinner of the International Appalachian Trail was held this week in the Guildhall on Wednesday, September 21.
Derry City and Strabane District Council hosted the global walking trail’s 2016 gathering, showcasing the local section of the route to a worldwide audience.
Delegates spent the week learning more about the Irish Chapter of the IAT which runs from the Slieve League cliffs in Donegal through Tyrone and the Sperrins before running up to the North Coast and Glens of Antrim and finishing in Larne.
The AGM was held on Thursday in The Alley Arts Centre in Strabane.
