Doire Colmcille’s excellent start to the season continued with the club’s senior team recording an excellent victory over Glack on a 2-10 to 2-09 scoreline.
Once again, Brian Duffy’s men combined youth and experience to turn in a first class performance with the forwards impressing in the opening half and the defence standing out in the second half.
Players who caught the eye included Dee Watson, Emmet McGilloway and Paul Cutliffe while goalie, Mickey Nash produced a brilliant save when he stopped a penalty.
Next up for the seniors is a local derby against Sean Dolans this weekend.
A number of Doire Colmcille kit bags are available for purchase at £20 each.
